 Thank you for your interest in City Organics' home/workplace delivery service. Our team provide great service, good value, quality and range.

OUR SERVICE. We deliver Statewide anywhere in Tasmania or to mainland. Our team will always endeavour to get your delivery as close to your home or workplace as possible, anywhere in the State. We aim to satisfy & take care that only the best fresh produce available at the time is selected for your order.

HOW TO ORDER. You can order from our Web Shop. If new please complete LOGIN here. You will then have a better shopping experience as the system gets to know your prefered products.

Along with any of the certified organic & biodynamic fresh produce, you are welcome to add any products from our extensive & growing range of organic & gluten free grocery lines, eco cleaning products, health & beauty products, baby or pet care. We also make up attractive hampers. If you would like to order anything not yet in the Web Shop, please feel free to ask us to stock it in the store. You can contact us by email, fax or phone.

ALL items are certified organic or biodynamic if they are tagged certified organic. We also stock a good range of organic &/or conventional gluten free & allergy aware products.

We do our best to source as much certified organic products and produce from Tasmania where available and give preference to supporting our local growers & producers.

YOUR OPTIONS FOR SHOPPING WITH US.

1. SHOP & SHIP - You order & we pack & deliver.

2. STOP & SHOP, & WE SHIP - You do the shopping & we pack & deliver. If you would prefer to come into the City Organics store in Criterion St Hobart to do your own shopping, we can arrange its delivery to your home or workplace.

3. SHOP & PICK UP - You order & you pick up. You place your order & we pack it up for you to collect. The four car spaces in front of the shop turn into a bus zone from 4pm. Handy for a quick stop & pick-up. Or just call us from your car on your mobile & we can walk it out for you.

DELIVERY FEE. Only the actual cost of delivery - usually quite reasonable is added. We will inform you of the cost of delivery to your area once we have your delivery address in the system and you are checking out. Delivery costs may include another box price if we have to pack more than one box.

PAYMENT. Full payment is required prior to the delivery of your order by Credit Card.  Our payment site stores you encrypted credit card details until we are ready to use them at check out via our EFTPOS terminal on the desk in the shop.  Credit Card details do not remain stored on the web or on anything connected to the web.

DESPATCH Most orders must be received the day before DESPATCH. In some cases - depending on staff availability - it may be possible to order (preferably by 8am) and pick up/send on the same day.

Although we can pack and send orders any day of the week, orders are subject to availability and any courier or store time constraints.
