To achieve this by seeking out, researching into and hand picking the purest and best quality products on the market and making them available on our shelves along with good "old fashioned" genuine customer service.

It takes time to settle in to the daily flow of City Organics, but someone with the right qualities and appropriate training will soon settle in and hopefully enjoy, grow from and appreciate their time with us.

We have a great team of people that mutually respect and care for each other. And we are also fortunate to have very pleasant customers overall who genuinely appreciate and value the store and the values embedded throughout as we try to live our mission statement.  For this reason we are very careful in our selection of our team members as we wish to retain and grow this atmosphere of genuine service to our community.

Specialised Retail – Part Time

▌Key routine responsibilities involve:

• Constant & regular use of technology
  
• Stock Inventory and replenishment
• Merchandising, window & shop displays
• Set up & work with systems and procedures as required
• Excellent customer service
• Promotion of current and new lines to customers
• Supervision of junior staff

▌Key Skills and Attributes: Please rate yourself out of 10 against each point. 

• High level of organisational skills 
• Comfortable with calculations: addition, mulitplication, division & percentages
• Ability to prioritise tasks on the spot

• Be able to lift boxes comfortably (within safe limits)

• To be able to work until 6.30pm or start at 8am Mon-Fri (or most thereof)

• Hours: 2-3 x 6-8 hour shifts between M-F,  8-6.30pm
