For You Sleep: Spray around bedroom or on pillow 10 minutes before bed to promote restful sleep. Repeat as necessary. Stress & mild anxiety: Spray room as required. For increased relaxation mild tension headaches, spray onto fingers and massage into temples. Repeat every 3-4 hours as required. Relaxation: Spray in the air and inhale aroma. Repeat as necessary.
